batch paling ramai dalam sejarah
assalamualaikum semua...
long time cant write... becauuuuuse kelas aku dari pagi smpai petang.. ye, mmg nak merungut pun.. penat tahu takkk.. sabtu ahad mmg waktu aku bersendiri kat hostel... bhahahahah, mnipu hostel, rumah sewa, apartment, whatever lah.. hmmm, nak jmpe jejaka tampan idaman aku tu pun xdpt sallu.. dah jarang sngt jumpe, plus dengan keadaan ekonomi kami yang semakin susut..
berat badan pun makin susut.. well, today i pick out the title yang sngt hangat kat fakulti aku skang... huhuhu..
saya mengalu alukan kedatangan sahabat2 seperjuangan sebenarnya cuma berlainan tempat, tak kiralah korg masuk first year ke, mohon masuk 2nd year ke, thrd year xleyh, sbb kne ade klinikal skill t kesian korg.. serious aku suke lg ramai2.. perjalanan study korg dah susah, hope pihak universiti ta mnyusahkan korg lg...
well, ade one of my friend ckp, t dpt saingan hebat sbb y'all sume ada basic yg kuat... im grateful that you all were here... naikkan lagi batch nie.. its good you know, persaingan sihat... so, officially, the lecturers will pening skejap cmne nak handle and tanda kertas, sbb kitorg je dah ade 219...

ape yang sy dpt dlm kelas klinikal saya hari ini untuk formulate case...
a 56 y/o chinese lady, presented with rapid irregular palpitation on exertion due to previously had a heart attack 6 month ago, she had 2 pillow orthopnea, skipped her follow up last week, she had hypertension and diabetes mellitus and is on medication, no known allergy, on a hormone pills after had her menopause on age 50 and stopped by herself after one year, her parent both died of heart condition, also her siblings had similar heart disease, potentially exposed as a secondhand smoker beacuse her husband is smoking 1pack per day.
differential diagnosis
-palpitation, arrythmia, AF or VT
-heart attack (MI)
-heart failure
